WIDE RANGE OF SKILLS we use
P-DTR is the practical application of theoretical neurology.
P-DTR is a unique neurological therapy based on neurology, biomechanics, neurophysiology, anatomy and profound research.
It works directly with Central Nervous System and has a logical scientific explanation for all of its teachings.
The SFMA is our clinical assessment for those who experience pain. It is a movement based diagnostic system which systematically finds the cause of pain - not just the source - by logically breaking down dysfunctional movement patterns in a structured, repeatable assessment.
The FMS is the screening tool used to identify limitations or asymmetries. It measures seven fundamental movement patterns that are key to functional movement quality in individuals with no current pain or known musculoskeletal injury.
Using FMS scoring results, movement principles are then put into action to make programming decisions and guide purpose-driven exercise selection. The FMS is that ongoing feedback tool that makes the entire training process -- both short-term and long-term -- both effective and efficient.
The Human Movement Specialist (HMS) is a certification focused on human movement science and corrective exercise by Brookbush Institute (BI).
Visceral Manipulation is a gentle manual technique involving specific placement of soft manual forces to encourage the normal mobility, tone and motion of the viscera (internal organs) and the connective tissue and ligaments that support each organ onto our skeleton.
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. It was pioneered and developed by Osteopathic Physician John E. Upledger after years of clinical testing and research at Michigan State University where he served as professor of biomechanics.

RPR is a method of breathing and tactile inputs (called “wake up drills”) that empower individuals to improve their overall wellness and performance. The wake up drills target the nervous system, which controls everything in the body. As a system, RPR is the key to accessing the powers of the nervous system.
PAK is a method of functional neuromuscular assessment that uses the manual muscle test to diagnose and treat structural
(osteo-muscular), chemical (metabolic and allergic / toxic) and emotional disorders through efficient test protocols.
Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilisation (IASTM) is a manual therapy technique performed with the assistance of handcrafted instruments.
IASTM is a non-invasive method of treatment and is performed by specially trained therapists to provide specific release to soft tissue structures.
Origins of IASTM were the ‘Gua Shua’, which is a Chinese instrument used thousands of years ago to achieve similar results.
Modern day methods of IASTM are based upon these principles but with more superiorly designed instruments that are highly versatile at addressing a wide range of different conditions
